Reloc'coffee - How to Beat Procrastination

Struggling with Procrastination?

  4. Building Productive Habits: How to structure your work to avoid procrastination.
  5. Influencing Others: Techniques to help relatives, colleagues, and friends overcome their own procrastination.

By the end of this event, you will understand the true causes of procrastination and learn actionable strategies to overcome it. You'll gain an algorithm of actions to help you and those around you stop postponing important tasks indefinitely.

Oksana Dolgova holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Psychology and is a seasoned business trainer and consultant. In Kiev, she founded a Psychological Center and became a well-known expert, frequently appearing on TV and radio.

After moving to Switzerland, Oksana started from scratch and quickly built a new network, attracting hundreds of participants to her events. With over 72,000 graduates from trainings and master classes, she has worked with organizations like IVALIVE, Jewish Culture Swiss, UA Centre UKRAINE REBORN, and UNITED WOMEN.

Oksana is also the author of numerous articles and provided over 100 consultations for Ukrainian refugees in Switzerland.
